My Ideal Client

The individuals and groups I work with are women, non-binary, LGBTQ, and BIPOC. The areas of growth I love to support are folks wanting to connect more deeply with themselves through mindfulness, somatic awareness, attachment healing and spirituality. Folks who desire to deepen self awareness, explore healing around developmental attachment patterns, navigating grief/loss, learn empowered new ways in relationships, strengthen intimacy and authentic expression with themselves and others.

My Approach to Helping

I work from a somatic-based, relational and holistic approach supporting individuals and groups. At the center of the therapeutic relationship is our present moment connection. Everything revolves and evolves from the place of mindful connection. The orientations that I work from are Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, expressive arts, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, experiential and process groups, NeuroAffective Touch.

You will cultivate the practice of slowing down to explore and witness with mindful awareness your embodied experience. Through embodied awareness, in connection with another, you will begin to be aware of the unconscious and unresolved patterns living in the body-mind that impact healthy relationships and being fully aligned with the open heart. With compassionate awareness you can begin to heal, resolve and feel more empowered in how you choose to relate to yourself, others and the earth.
