My Background and Approach

I offer individualized therapy using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), SPACE, trauma-informed approaches, and mindfulness practices. I work with teens and adults on an individual basis, and I also provide parenting guidance for children and teens. My ideal clients are those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or challenged by life transitions, academic pressures, social dynamics, or relationship difficulties. I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space that honors your unique cultural background. Through evidence-based strategies and a gentle yet direct approach, we work together to process emotions, set meaningful goals, and foster positive change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am personally familiar with the tensions that can arise from differences in cultural and generational values. I have worked with clients from a wide range of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. I welcome bringing your multiple identities into our work to understand how they may have influenced, and been influenced by, your relationships and life experiences, and to support you in choosing how your identities might guide your path.
