My Approach to Helping
My approach is warm and genuine. I use a variety of modalities, as I know that therapy is not "one size fits all." I draw from a systems approach and I aim to provide a space where you can be your true self; where you can share your struggles, experience empathy and also be challenged.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the the power of therapy and the importance of personal growth. I have experienced first hand how powerful therapy can be, and I hope to to help you have a similar experience. I also believe that everyone deserves to have access to therapy and do my best to provide accessible services. Additionally, I believe in the importance of healthy families and work hard to provide services that empower families/parents to break detrimental family cycles.
