I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds, sexualities, gender identities, personalities, and cultures. It is important to me to recognize and honor individual identities as they come into the room. For me, safety in therapy to express the parts of ourselves that desire authentic honesty is imperative. It is also important to me that anyone I work with feels comfortable to create a therapeutic relationship to move towards their therapeutic goals.

My Approach to Helping

I’m passionate about helping individuals explore their emotions and core beliefs to foster personal growth. Therapy should be a unique space for vulnerability and self-discovery, free from judgment. Together, we can challenge limiting beliefs, nurture your strengths, and work towards changing your relationship with difficult emotions and experiences.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every individual has strengths within them that can be used in the therapeutic process to support change. I enjoy helping people discover these strengths to support them in their therapeutic goals. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and overwhelming when it comes time to speaking our pain out loud. You might be facing overwhelming emotions or navigating challenging situations, and it’s completely normal to feel uncertain. Together, we can create a therapeutic relationship built on warmth, laughter, and a little sass.
