My Ideal Client

Whether you’re working through stress, relationship challenges, or the lingering effects of trauma, we will work together to create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative: blending my expertise with your unique lived experiences. Together, we’ll utilize tools to help you move forward with a renewed sense of purpose, help you reprocess the past, and build resilience. Through this partnership, you’ll gain clarity and develop new skills to manage life's twists and turns.

My Approach to Helping

I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs, life circumstances, and exploration of values. Together, we’ll engage in meaningful work that inspires real, thought-provoking change. Our focus will be on exploring what shifts can bring you greater freedom, more joy, and a deeper sense of self. My work as a therapist is guided by the belief that every individual possesses an intuitive wisdom for healing and growth, and that this wisdom can be accessed through authentic self-expression and self-acceptance. As such, our work will be deeply collaborative, strengths-based, and non-pathologizing, seeking to understand symptoms as trailheads guiding one to reconnect with their intuition and with a sense empowerment and wholeness. I utilize an integrative, systemic, trauma-informed framework which honors the lived experiences of every individual and incorporates practices from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems, somatic psychotherapy, & expressive arts therapy.

My Values as a Therapist

As an artist and former earth scientist, I offer a grounding presence influenced by the subtle rhythms of nature, creativity, and curiosity as they form the mutual fabric of life that we all share and provide the inspiration needed for genuine self-discovery and connection to greater meaning and fulfillment. Additionally, I am an experienced group facilitator and offer recurring groups supporting male-identifying individuals with issues such as identity, purpose, relationships, emotional expression, and many other aspects of masculinity as a dynamic, contextual experience.
