I have over 20 years experience working with adults, young adults, teenagers, and families who have experienced trauma, relationship strains, anxiety and depression.

My work is based in Internal Family Systems, Gestalt and Mindfulness Based Theory and is rooted in connection and compassion. When appropriate, I try to incorporate lightness, spontaneity, and humor into my work.
