My Approach to Helping

In therapy, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as my primary approach because it helps clients deeply connect with their emotions and understand the root of their struggles, whether they relate to relationships, personal transitions, or past wounds. EFT, combined with other therapeutic tools, provides a space where we can safely explore your emotional experience, helping you to heal, find clarity, and cultivate stronger connections with yourself and others. Whether you're healing from a relationship, managing stress, or trying to navigate significant life changes, we’ll work together to find strategies that are unique to your needs and values, empowering you to feel more present and connected in your life.
