My Ideal Client

I work with individuals who are seeking something beyond traditional therapy—those ready to explore somatic practices, break free from societal norms, and embrace a more embodied way of being. My clients are curious, open to transformation, and ready to confront their struggles with a deep, integrative approach that honors their mind, body, and spirit. I support folks navigating trauma, identity, relationships, and spirituality.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is relational, body-centered, and rooted in curiosity. Healing isn't about fixing what's "wrong," but tending to what feels tender and unmet. Together, we’ll invite your body's wisdom into the conversation, exploring sensations, patterns, and emotions with care. I integrate somatic practices, attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and am currently attending the Somatic Experiencing training program. Using intuitive tools like tarot, astrology, and seasonal rhythms, I offer a holistic, integrative approach. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome—where your experiences are honored, not pathologized. Our sessions unfold with slowness, reflection, and authentic connection. Whether navigating trauma, seeking clarity, or longing for deeper connection to yourself, others, or the world, this space offers compassion and possibility.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer, nonbinary therapist, I believe that healing begins with reclaiming a deep sense of connection—connection to our bodies, to each other, and to the Earth. The systems that perpetuate disconnection—colonialism, patriarchy, white supremacy—have fractured our sense of belonging, but the potential to heal these wounds exists in all of us. My work centers somatic practices and radical tenderness to help guide individuals in reconnecting with themselves, disrupting harmful patterns, and stepping into their full, embodied lives. I support those who are ready to move beyond traditional norms, offering space for deep personal and collective healing.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Somatic Therapy (Body Centered) External link

Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between mind and body, using physical sensations as a gateway to healing. I work with clients to bring awareness to how trauma, emotions, and stress are stored in the body. By integrating breath, movement, and other somatic practices, we can release tension, increase body awareness, and foster a sense of safety and integration. This approach helps heal at a deeper level, addressing both mental and physical aspects of well-being.

  • Depth Therapy External link

Depth therapy explores the unconscious layers of the psyche to uncover hidden patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds. I work with clients to engage with their inner world through dreams, symbols, and deep self-reflection. This approach seeks to reveal the deeper sources of distress and facilitate healing from the root causes, not just the symptoms. Depth therapy invites clients to explore their full potential and align with their true selves in a compassionate, exploratory space.

  • Transpersonal External link

Transpersonal therapy explores the spiritual, existential, and transcendent aspects of healing. I support clients in finding meaning, purpose, and connection beyond the self. Whether navigating spiritual crises, exploring altered states of consciousness, or seeking deeper alignment with your purpose, this approach integrates spiritual growth with psychological healing. Together, we create space for wholeness, connection, and a deeper sense of self.

  • Feminist External link

Feminist therapy centers power from within, social justice, and equality in the healing process. I work with clients to explore how societal expectations, gender norms, and systemic oppression impact mental health and well-being. Through a feminist lens, we address identity, power, and privilege, fostering agency, autonomy, and voice. This approach supports growth and healing by challenging oppressive systems and creating space for authenticity, empowerment, and meaningful change.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • PTSD External link

In navigating the effects of trauma, we often find ourselves trapped in old patterns. I work with individuals navigating PTSD, complex, and relational trauma by focusing on somatic and nervous system regulation. Rather than pathologizing, we explore how trauma is held in the body, using practices to release stored experiences and reconnect with safety. My approach blends trauma-informed techniques with body-centered practices to support healing and integration at a deep, relational level.

  • LGBTQ Issues External link

Living authentically as a queer person requires courage and self-compassion. As a queer trans nonbinary therapist, I offer a space to explore your unique journey. I am deeply attuned to the challenges faced by individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a space where your identity is celebrated and your experiences validated. My approach is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed, supporting clients in embracing their authentic selves and healing from societal marginalization.

  • Women's Issues External link

The journey of being a woman in today’s world can be filled with challenges. I work with women navigating societal expectations, personal identity, and self-worth. Through somatic and relational practices, we explore the impact of gendered experiences on the body and emotions. My approach fosters self-empowerment and healing, helping you reclaim your voice, agency, and a deeper connection to your authentic self in a world that often demands you play small and don't take up too much space.

  • Relationship / Marriage Issues External link

Relationships are complex, and navigating them can often bring up patterns that keep us from receiving the love and connection we deserve. I work with individuals exploring dynamics in romantic, familial, or platonic relationships, especially those facing challenges in open relationships, toxic patterns, or communication breakdowns. Together, we’ll examine these dynamics with curiosity and compassion, fostering healthier ways of relating and deeper emotional intimacy

  • Spirituality External link

Spirituality is deeply personal, and it can be a powerful tool for healing and growth. I support individuals exploring their spiritual paths, integrating practices that nurture connection to themselves, others, and the world around them. Whether you're deepening your connection to the Earth, seeking alignment with your inner wisdom, or navigating the intersection of spirituality and identity, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your unique journey.
