My Approach to Helping
My approach to counseling rests on my belief that the therapeutic relationship is central to client growth and change. Creating a space of safety, trust and unconditional positive regard for the client guides all my interactions and interventions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a Masters degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark in Portland, OR, and have spent most of my clinical hours working with adolescents around issues of anxiety, self image, relational difficulties and life transitions. I believe in social justice for all, and creating an environment that welcomes anyone and everyone.
