My Ideal Client

Are you feeling curious about possible neurodivergent traits or suspect you might have ADHD? If so, an ADHD assessment and diagnosis might be a helpful next step for you. I'll guide you through the steps of assessment and diagnosis at your pace, making sure your questions are addressed and that you feel included in the process.

What I Specialize In

I work with adult clients to thoroughly explore and assess current functioning and daily challenges with attention and hyperactivity to determine a diagnosis of ADHD and/or co-occurring disorders. I use a multitude of screening and assessment instruments, as well as an in depth interview of their childhood development and background. At the end of the assessment process, you will be provided with a full diagnostic summary as well as general resources on ADHD treatment to help with your next steps.

My Values as a Therapist

Counseling should never feel like a mystery to anyone. I take care to provide straightforward explanations of the concepts, methods, and processes I use. I offer a safe, transparent, and judgement free space to explore your past and present struggles and success. As a person with ADHD myself, I take great care to provide a neurodiverse affirming experience for my clients. I’m body positive, sex and kink positive, and I affirm disabled, neurodiverse, BIPOC, trans, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
