My Background

I attended Florida State University to achieve my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling and attended Southern Illinois University-Carbondale to achieve my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I have always had a propensity for helping people mentally on a very deep level; it is my passion. I have experience in this field ranging from a residential eating disorder setting, to being a victim advocate and counselor for trauma survivors, to helping folks in a community mental health outpatient services setting serving just about every mental health diagnosis. I am now ecstatic about serving primarily adult individuals of all races, ethnicities, identities, sexual orientations, etc. within my telehealth private practice.
