My Ideal Client

My education has equipped me with the skills to assist others in navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, and parent-child relationships. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and adolescents.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Oregon University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. I am dedicated to co-creating a warm, safe, and affirming environment where you can explore your deepest emotions, build hope, and tap into your inherent resilience. I place great emphasis on building rapport with clients and fostering a supportive relationship that is conducive to the healing process. I frequently draw from solution-focused therapy, recognizing that your individual and familial strengths hold the key to resolving the challenges you face. You are inherently resilient, and my role is to help you remember and harness your strengths and self-worth. I look forward to walking beside you as you navigate life's complexities and work towards your goals and aspirations. Together, we will create a path toward a more fulfilling and empowered future.

My Approach to Helping

In addition to these core values, I integrate evidence-based practices and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. By incorporating mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and other therapeutic modalities, I aim to provide a well-rounded support system that enhances your overall well-being.
