My Ideal Client

Are you exhausted by trauma hijacking your life or relationship? Struggling with gender and identity in a world stacked against you? Do childhood wounds keep you or your partnership from the life you deserve? Whether you're battling systemic oppression, trauma, or relationship issues, you’re not alone. I work with individuals and couples ready to break free, reclaim their power, and live authentically. If you're ready for change, I’m ready to walk with you.

My Approach to Helping

Clients call me unflinchingly honest, and deeply compassionate. Therapy isn’t easy. But with the right therapist and approach, I believe healing is possible. Specifically I use somatic inquiry, parts work, psychodynamics, and liberation psychology as my theoretical frameworks and modalities. We’ll dig into intergenerational healing and inner-child work, unearthing the roots of trauma and forging paths to self-discovery and empowerment.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I’m the right therapist for you if you’re tired of surface-level therapy and ready for deep, transformative work. Most of us are wounded in relationship to others, and I believe we can also heal with the right therapeutic relationship. I don’t shy away from the tough stuff; we’ll confront it head-on. My style is straightforward, no-nonsense, yet deeply compassionate. If you want a therapist who’s fully engaged and committed to your journey, I’m here to help you unlock the life you’ve been striving for.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Somatic Therapy (Body Centered) External link

We live in a society that has taught us to leave our bodies, to numb the sensations, and to disconnect from the inherent wisdom found within. Reclaiming your connection to your body and all of its profound wisdom is an act of resistance and protest, and can be helpful in processing trauma, and finding internal resources of strength.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) External link

Parts work is a profound tool to help us understand our inner landscape, make sense of overwhelming feelings or thoughts, and create harmony when our internal world gets too loud.

  • Psychodynamic  External link

I use psychodynamic therapy to help clients uncover and understand the unconscious patterns that shape their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
