I specialize in working with people who have experienced difficult family dynamics, childhood abuse or neglect, or relational challenges at any age. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can truly begin. I understand that these challenges can deeply affect every aspect of your life. My goal is to help you regain control and find peace, no matter where you are on your journey.

My Approach to Helping

If you’ve been impacted by painful experiences in childhood, know that you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can work through the challenges, release the burdens of the past, and help you move forward with a sense of empowerment and hope. I believe that recovery is possible, and that every person has the strength to heal and rebuild with compassionate support. I work collaboratively with my clients to process painful memories, build self-compassion, and develop new tools for coping and resilience. Healing takes time, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
