My Ideal Client

I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum, and supporting individuals and couples as they navigate the parenting process. I also have an interest in supporting children, families and adults who are looking for strategies to effectively manage ADHD symptoms. Working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking solutions for connection, intimacy, and overall satisfaction in their lives is my passion.

I utilize compassion, humor, and respect in my work with the goal of assisting my clients as they move towards positive changes and living a more authentic and meaningful life. Together, we can make connections, gain insight and question some of the underlying, unconscious, and outdated patterns that may be keeping you stuck or holding you back.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I have additional or certificate level trainings in sex therapy, perinatal mental health, ADHD, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and also completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am a Registered Associate, supervised by Torey Andrus, LMFT.
