My Approach to Helping

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized. I work closely with patients to understand their goals and challenges in depth. I’m trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and often meet with patients weekly to integrate both therapy and medication management when appropriate. I take a neuroscience-informed, evidence-based approach to care, but also value lifestyle factors like sleep, nutrition, movement, and social connection. For those already working with a therapist, I welcome collaboration and provide medication support as needed. I believe in using medication carefully—sometimes less is more—and always in the context of a broader understanding of the whole person.
