• Women's Issues

  Women today face many difficult choices and must deal with numerous life challenges., which can cause emotional conflicts. One such conflict, for professional women is choosing between a promotion or marriage. Other conflicts revolve around childhood trauma or intimate partner violence. I build a caring and compassionate alliance to help you confront deep wounds and plot a new course.

• Abuse

  An opportunity to develop a professional identity. Whether you are just beginning or changing careers, figuring out which career is right for you can be difficult. I utilize various card sorts and skill/interest assessments to assist individuals in finding their passion not a job.

• Relationship / Marriage Issues

  Creating a couple's identity without losing your own identity is tough. Each partner has their own communication style, interests, and dreams. I work with couples with communication concerns, affair recovery, co-parenting issues, and balancing career with family life.

• Anxiety

  Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or challenging. When you find your mind is racing, your palms are sweating, and your stomach hurts, its difficult to make sound decisions. I use guided imagery and mindfulness techniques to calm the internal system and allow you to time to think through your unique situation.
