My Ideal Client

I work well with clients struggle with identify their own emotions and needs, are coping with issues related to neurodivergence, are curious about their relationship with substance, or are seeking support with recovery maintenance outside of a 12-step model. I am a harm reduction oriented counselor and use a collaborative and holistic approach to case conceptualization and treatment. I enjoy supporting couples by strengthening communication skills and manage conflict.

How I Can Help You

Deepening our capacity for self-compassion decreases the internalized shame we come into contact with when life hands us lemons. My approach is to lead with curiosity to distill habitual judgment; by expanding your own self-understanding, you are creating internal space to process old hurts and heal.
