We hold an expanded and limitless view of what family can be; we empower each of our clients to define for themselves what and who family is for them. When you’re a client at FTCC, you’re supported by a team of therapists who are dedicated to enriching the lives of you and your loved ones. As a collaborative group practice, we ensure that your whole family gets the care and resources they need. We provide child and family therapy, intimate relationship counseling, individual therapy, teen therapy, group counseling, art therapy, and ecotherapy.

Our clinicians offer a wide range of therapeutic modalities to fit you and your family's needs, always from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, gender-affirming perspective, including (but not limited to): attachment-based therapies, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), ecotherapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), intergenerational, internal family systems (IFS), play therapy, and EMDR.
