My approach to therapy is centered in anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices, integrating techniques from many modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Queer Theory, and more.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

But if you look for the dark, that is all you will ever see" -Uncle Iroh (Avatar the Last Airbender) In this world, we are often surrounded by images, content, and conversation focused on pain and suffering. Although I firmly believe it is important to bear witness and speak up about the atrocities happening in this world, I also believe it is important to have a practice to help us remember and come back to the things that bring us joy.
