My Ideal Client

As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can explore your story, connect with yourself, and deepen your understanding of who you are. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, especially those open to vulnerability and growth. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+ folks, those navigating identity exploration, life transitions, and those facing anxiety, depression, and personal challenges. Together, we’ll work toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is centered in Anti-Oppressive and Trauma-Informed practices, integrating techniques from many modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Feminist and Queer Theories, and more. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a warm and supportive space where you can explore your story, connect with the various parts of yourself, and ultimately cultivate a deeper understanding of who you are and what you need. I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds that are open to vulnerability and growth. I work well with folks who identify as LGBTQIA2S+, those navigating identity exploration and life transitions, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, and other personal challenges. Together, we'll work toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

"If you look for the light, you can often find it. But if you look for the dark, that is all you will ever see" -Uncle Iroh (Avatar the Last Airbender) In this world, we are often surrounded by images, content, and conversation focused on pain and suffering. Although I firmly believe it is important to bear witness and speak up about the atrocities happening in this world, I also believe it is important to have a practice to help us remember and come back to the things that bring us joy.
