I have a positive and direct approach when working with my clients. I'm empathetic and enjoy using motivational talk to help my clients feel motivated in sessions. I am passionate about teaching my clients effective techniques and strategies to meet their mental health needs. I also hold my client's accountable to do therapeutic homework assignments and practicing effective techniques in order for you to meet your personal mental health goals. More About the People I Treat

I specialize in treating OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety Disorders. Most client's that have OCD need a therapist that is specialized well versed in ERP and Mindfulness; as these are the two modalities that can assist with treating OCD. Most places only specialize in one modality. Working with me, I can provide an array of therapeutic modalities as I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Mindfulness, and Trauma Focused -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I keep the focus with regards to treating the OCD while making sure I don't give my client's reassurance. In addition, my client's can talk about trauma, daily stressors, and other life events in sessions while I use a CBT approach while making sure I don't give reassurance for the OCD to help treat additional concerns. I have invested in my training and am passionate about providing quality and diverse treatment for my client's mental health needs.
