My Approach to Helping
I take a client-centered and trauma-informed approach in treatment. I am trained in using DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing). I have experience working with anxiety, stress management, depression, gender dysphoria, and trauma. I also have experience working with the LGBTQ community.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with teens and young adults. If you are going through a transition, or needing support in managing life's stressors, I believe I can be of service.
