My Ideal Client

I work best with women navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, or life transitions. My ideal client is ready to explore mind & body-based healing, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strength. I specialize in somatic therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness for those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whether you’re healing from past wounds or seeking more balance, I offer a safe, supportive space to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting change.

How I Can Help You

You don’t have to navigate healing alone. I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move through what’s been holding you back. Using an integrative, somatic approach—including EMDR, SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol), RRP (Rest and Restore Protocol), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—I help women work through anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, and burnout. Therapy with me is about real, lasting change rooted in self-awareness, body connection, and nervous system healing. You’re the expert of your experience; my role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and presence as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and ease. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a deeper kind of support, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strength and create meaningful change from the inside out.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe healing happens in safe, attuned, and non-judgmental spaces. As a somatic and trauma-informed therapist, I value deep listening, curiosity, and collaboration. I believe our body caries both resilience and wisdom. I center consent, cultural awareness, and nervous system safety in all of our work together. Therapy with me is about slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and building the internal resources you need to thrive. I honor your pace and your truth. My role isn’t to fix—it’s to offer support and inviting there to be a trusting relationship with oneself. Healing is possible, and I’ll meet you with compassion every step of the way.
