What I Specialize In

I specialize in talk therapy both online and in-person. Our relationship and compatibility is the foundation for productive therapy. The therapy process can yield positive growth and help you to gain insight, reduce your suffering, and enjoy life and relationships more by moving through discomfort rather than avoiding it. I am here for you and we can figure this out together. I am a trauma-informed provider and I believe that we can learn how to better regulate our emotions and our stressed out nervous systems, be less reactive, and experience lasting change. I am a flexible, caring, and non-judgmental practitioner who is present and attuned with you. I am educated in a variety of strategies to help you to access and integrate past trauma and make sense of things now. I am passionate about integrating tools that really work for you, including process/talk therapy, yoga, meditation, and sound therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a clinical social worker who strives to support and advocate for my clients. As a parent myself I have a strong awareness of the difficulties of parenting, especially with all of the stressors in our lives recently. I believe that many of us are stuck in a chronic state of flight or flight/nervous system activation due to the level of stimulation and demands of our modern lives. Together we can assess your stressors and come up with a plan and tools to help bring you into a more peaceful and balanced state of mindfulness and understanding. In my personal life I am a practitioner of Buddhism, yoga, and a Reiki master. I enjoy cats, camping, and my VW bus.
