My Ideal Client

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon and have 6+ years of experience as a therapist. I work with adults experiencing challenges in their relationships (romantic/friendship/family etc.), grief and loss, life transitions, or who are simply trying to understand themselves better. If you have a genuine interest in diving deeper into making more sense of your self, experiences, & relationships-- we may be a good fit! I accept Kaiser insurance and out of pocket payments.

My Background and Approach

Growth takes place in relationships; I offer a warm, consistent, and direct therapeutic relationship. I specialize in supporting my clients explore their internal worlds with compassion and curiosity so that they can improve and deepen their connections with themselves & with others. This will likely include identifying relational and emotional patterns, working to understand how these have come to be, tending to older hurts and wounds, learning and trying out new skills, and more. The primary clinical approaches that I am informed by and incorporate in my work include internal family systems (IFS), attachment theory, psychodynamic psychology, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and somatic/mindfulness approaches. I am actively engaged in ongoing training and learning in all of these modalities. I am hoping to offer relationship/couples therapy by early 2026. I am an EMDR Level 1 Trained Clinician but do not practice EMDR at this time.

My Values as a Therapist

I strive to adhere to the principle of radical acceptance and offer a non-judgmental, welcoming space to individuals of all backgrounds. It is my sincere hope that with time, my clients can feel safe bringing their most authentic selves to therapy. To support this, I am committed to engaging in my own self-reflection regarding how my identities may show up in the therapeutic space. Lastly, I am committed to providing a supportive space to freely name/discuss the various societal systems that oppress or exclude.
