My Ideal Client

I serve folks across the lifespan, ages 6-to-65, who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, executive functioning, impulsivity, psychosis and/or don't know how to accurately identify what exactly is impacting their quality of life and biopsychosocial functioning. I am an educator at heart. I enjoy aiding folks in understanding what is happening to them and what non-pharmacological/pharmacological options are evidence based for their concerns.

My Approach to Helping

My clinical approach is egalitarian, collaborating with patients and their loved ones, to thoroughly provide education on mental health options, for patients to make decisions that are subjectively best for their healing, wholeness, and longitudinal health. As a DNP, PMHNP-BC I offer therapy in tandem with medication management. As a rule of thumb, I first rule out any possible concurrent medical issues that may be inducing mental health symptoms, and closely collaborate with your medical team.
