Transforming Trauma
Domestic Abuse, Sexual Abuse
A safe, supportive and confidential environment where participants can share their experiences, promoting emotional and physical safety in a non-judgmental setting. The group's goal is to enhance understanding of the effects of trauma on the brin and body while empowering participants with coping skills and self-care strategies. Furthermore, the group aims to reduce feelings of isolation through peer support, reinforcing the message that no one is alone in their experiences.
