Pivot offers holistic management of medical and mental health conditions, prioritizing care for the whole person, not just a diagnosis or symptom. Treatment plans are collaborative and didactic. The clinician role is to provide access to resources and information so that the individual can make an informed decision about their care after hearing all of their choices. The decision is always in the hands of the individual, if, they wish to proceed, and how to proceed. We support decision and care autonomy. Our services include medication management, psychotherapy (CBT, ACT), academic and work accommodations, FMLA, short term leave, ESA letters, gender affirming care letters, and much more. Pivot offers a judgment-free, empathetic space to share. Your story will always be recognized as your truth and respected.
