My Approach to Helping

My approach is influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, along with a Narrative Approach through art directives. I use a solution-focused approach to address client's immediate concerns and help stabilize the individual through the counseling process. I often utilize techniques such as mindfulness, self-compassion, externalization, and values work throughout therapy. Within my approach, you are the expert of your experiences, and I can shift my interventions based on your wants and needs to best meet your concerns.

I hope to provide you with a compassionate space to process your experiences and gain the skills to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
