My Ideal Client

I am a clinical social worker specializing in work with adolescents, young adults, and families; my comfortable age range is ages 14-40. My ideal client is looking to find healing and peace through a holistic, systems based, trauma informed approach.

My Approach to Helping

My theoretical training and interests include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, Polyvagal Theory, and Trauma Informed Interventions. I believe in a holistic, systems based approach to healing, and offer telehealth only services on Tuesdays and Fridays.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a social worker, advocate, therapist, and trauma survivor. I have been in the field for a decade, and my favorite part of this work is witnessing the strength and resilience of the people that I get to work with! I believe in an open and honest approach to therapy, using storytelling, psychoeducation, analogies, somatic healing, and plenty of real talk. This process can be heavy and difficult, yet also rewarding and powerful. It takes a strong person to confront their trauma narratives and embrace their inner alpha, congratulations on starting your journey to conquer that challenge!
