My Ideal Client
I enjoy working with couples through an emotionally-focused approach. I provide a welcoming and safe environment where couples have the opportunity to connect and heal. I am trained to work under a relational lens, meaning that I believe we are influenced by our relationships and it is in these relationships where the healing process begins. I also work with individuals who are coping with body dysmorphia, disordered eating, anxiety and depression.
