Candice's approach is grounded in an integrative perspective, which means she draws from multiple modalities and techniques to tailor her approach to each individuals needs. One aspect of this approach involves teaching clients tools to regulate their nervous system, such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness practices. By learning to regulate their nervous system, individuals can experience a sense of calm and better manage their emotional responses. Over time, individuals will discover their own inner balance and develop lifelong resiliency. I help children: Regulate their nervous system Cooperate with rules and limits Be adaptable and flexible Feel confident to work through challenges Form positive relationships with peers Function well in group settings (i.e., childcare or school)
