My Ideal Client

I believe that we are all on a journey, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling lost or stuck. It is common to enter counseling feeling hopeless, discouraged, anxious, or confused. I believe people have the ability within themselves to heal and experience freedom from the burdens that weigh them down. Experiencing freedom gives us energy for the things in life that we value. Whether you are experiencing current pain or were wounded in the past, healing is possible.

What I Specialize In

Relationships challenge us at our deepest level. While providing us with the companionship we desire, they hit us where we are most vulnerable. I enjoy working with couples and helping them strengthen and build on what they already have—or helping them start from scratch to build a sound relationship where they feel safe and connected.

More About the People I Treat

As a first responder's wife, I have lived experience and knowledge of this population. I have obtained specific training to work directly with first responders( individually or with a spouse) and create a space where your service is respected and valued.

I have training in interpersonal neurobiology and trauma informed care, work place stress and use a number of theoretical orientations with working with clients in their journey towards healing.
