My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with folx who experience complex trauma and PTSD, with a focus on addressing childhood experiences, domestic and sexual violence, religious trauma, and experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice is a safe space for all individuals, including sex workers, immigrants, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), and people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and people of all abilities.)

My Approach to Helping

Healing from trauma is a journey, and every step you take is a powerful act of self-care and resilience. No matter where you are in your process, I believe in your capacity for growth, change, and healing. Together, we can work toward a future where you feel empowered, whole, and connected to your authentic self. It’s never too late to reclaim your story and build the life you deserve.

Social Justice Issues I Care About

I am deeply committed to practicing cultural humility, recognizing and respecting the unique identities and backgrounds of each client. My approach is sensitive to identity(s), including ethnicity, race, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, immigration status, body size, socioeconomic position, and religion. Conversations about identity and culture are always welcome and encouraged in our work together. My commitment to social justice extends beyond the therapy room. I work to advocate for non-discriminatory practices, human rights, equity, and safety for all. It is my hope that these efforts contribute to a safe and therapeutic atmosphere where you can express your authentic self.
