I am a firm believer in finding the strengths within us to create the change we would like to see. Finding love for yourself in this moment is key to identifying the work that is needed for you to become the best version of you. I offer an encouraging/supportive space to work towards these changes.

My Approach to Helping

Our work will help you identify and focus on your strengths. It will help you bring attention to and interrupt the behaviors you wish to change. Part of my role in your journey towards wellness includes offering emotional regulation skills for the here and now to help with the longer journey. We will work together to reduce distress, allowing you to work on deeper/bigger issues should that be your intention. I offer DBT, CBT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology along with a myriad of modalities to best suit individual needs.

I work firmly in harm reduction. This applies to all areas of my work, but in substance use care and mental health. We can reduce harm by adding safety, supports, and knowledge.
