My Ideal Client

She enjoys working with Clients seeking support with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma and works collaboratively with Clients to support them in growing their skills and capacity for engagement with their communities and progress towards meaningful goals. She enjoys working with children, teens, adults, caregivers, as well as providing Art Therapy based Social Skills Groups, Emotional Regulation Groups, ADHD Skills groups, and also enjoys offering Caregiver-Child connection/ repair sessions.

My Approach to Helping

Celina enjoys supporting people learning to navigate their emotional landscapes, as well as growing their capacity to connect with loved ones and create meaningful relationships. She works within a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma informed lens, and relies on art therapy, a systems framework, attachment theory, Narrative Therapy, as well as an awareness of intergenerational trauma, and has a strong social-justice background. Celina works collaboratively with clients to assist their growth in sustainable and identity-affirming ways. She is EMDR and Lifespan Integration trained.
