My Ideal Client

Celina works with Clients seeking support with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Attachment Wounds, and Trauma. She enjoys working with children, teens, adults, caregivers, as well as providing Art Therapy based Social Skills Groups, Emotional Regulation Groups, ADHD Skills groups, and offering Caregiver-Child connection/ repair sessions. Ideal Client's are willing to engage and explore as they build new structures for working through challenges.

My Approach to Helping

Celina enjoys supporting people learning to navigate their emotional landscapes, as well as growing their capacity to connect with loved ones and create meaningful relationships. She works within a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma informed lens, and relies on art therapy, a systems framework, attachment theory, narrative therapy, as well as an awareness of intergenerational trauma, and holds a strong social-justice background. Celina works collaboratively with clients to assist their growth in sustainable and identity-affirming ways. She is EMDR trained and trauma informed.
