My Ideal Client

I work with anyone seeking to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves and their emotions, gain greater understanding of themself, process and recover from trauma, and live from a place of greater authenticity and ease. Many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community, neurodiverse, polyamorous/non-monogamous, and disabled/chronically ill.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and engaged. I value building trusting relationships with my clients so that they can feel fully held and cared for in their vulnerability. I use a combination of interpersonal process, parts work (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches to inform our work together. I have spent the past seven years gaining expertise in serving the LGBTQ+ community, learning about trauma-informed care, and reckoning with oppressive, colonial systems and their impact on our individual and collective wellbeing. I also have respect and appreciation for psychedelics and have experience supporting individuals integrating their psychedelic experiences.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that mindful self-compassion is a necessary foundation for recovery and growth. By treating our emotions with curiosity, respect, and care rather than burdens to be fixed, we can learn to hold ourselves in our suffering and become a trusted ally to all parts of us. Building self-compassion and self-trust strengthens our resiliency and capacity to move through grief and trauma. I aim to provide nonjudgmental support to help you face your pain, feel your feelings, and reconnect with yourself.
