My Approach to Helping

I believe finding the right therapist is a key part of having a successful and positive therapeutic experience. As a therapist, my approach is warm, honest, and encouraging. I utilize various evidence-based techniques but often draw from Narrative Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness techniques. I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and work collaboratively to overcome roadblocks in order to move towards growth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone has the ability to reach their full potential. Through therapy we can gain a better understanding of our lived experiences, discover new parts of ourselves, and gain skills to promote conscious change to reach our goals. We all struggle, but we don’t have to do it alone.
