I am ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider. I help people identify executive function challenges and help them address the often co-morbid challenges that arise with ADHD (e.g., depression and anxiety).

Social Anxiety and Social Stress Interpersonal Process Group
Anxiety, Social Phobia
Small group opportunity to work on social anxiety and stress. This is an interpersonal process group which will involve building skills (e.g. building disclosure skills, giving/receiving feedback, addressing conflicts if they occur, identify and expressing emotions) and building relationships.
