My Ideal Client
I serve patients ages 18-99 of all identities, abilities, and disabilities. I specialize in medication management and those interested in a holistic approach to their mental health care.
My Approach to Helping
I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice who is board-certified in Psychiatry. My focus is collaboratively working to utilize individualized, evidence-based, integrated treatment strategies with clients. I know it's not just about the medications. I graduated from Rush Medical University School of Nursing and have worked in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatric services in inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and residential settings since then.
I support alternative methods of treatment such as esketamine, TMS, lifestyle changes, and chronotherapy and provide education and referrals for those services.
