I am experienced working with those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, or chronic illness. As a member of the queer community, I have a deep understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and am committed to creating a safe and affirming therapeutic space for all. With a background as a registered nurse, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to addressing the interplay between physical and mental health.

Why I Became a Therapist

I was drawn to the field of therapy by a deep admiration for the human spirit's resilience. Witnessing people overcome challenges inspired me to support others on their healing journeys. I believe everyone possesses the capacity for growth and a fulfilling life, and consider it an honor to accompany individuals on this path.
