My Approach to Helping
I place a high value on holistic, outcome-based client care that considers the whole person and their unique circumstances and needs. I believe treatments work best when the client is an active participant in their own care, so I work hard to make sure my clients understand what their options are, and the risks and benefits associated with those options are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I recently moved to Oregon from Utah with my husband and our spoiled cat, enjoying the ocean, waterfalls, and scenery here. The experiences I had with community mental health in Utah provided invaluable learning and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, experiencing a range of mental health issues.
