With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, attachment challenges, and relationship dynamics. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and ENM communities and support friends and family of individuals struggling with personality disorders or addiction. My background includes advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with a trauma-informed and attachment-focused approach. I draw on evidence-based practices to help clients develop skills to regulate emotions, break unhealthy patterns, and create meaningful change.
