Don't invalidate your pain. I believe you and your relationships are too important to miss therapy. Maybe it’s that reoccurring fight leaving you stuck, not heard, or feeling hopeless? Or you are ready to address that anxiety or loss of motivation that's been accepted as your new normal. Maybe what previously worked feels dull and you want to see and feel progress again. I use evidence-based interventions from Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, Narrative, and others to help accomplish your goals.
Specialties
From my training as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, I am experienced in helping couples and individuals foster emotional connection and healing. I specialize in identifying and addressing negative interaction patterns, helping clients express vulnerable emotions, and promoting secure emotional bonds. By utilizing EFT techniques, I support clients in creating lasting, positive changes in their relationships, cultivating intimacy, trust, and emotional resilience.
I help individuals identify and reframe negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and behavioral challenges. I guide clients in developing healthier, more constructive thinking and coping strategies. Through practical techniques like cognitive restructuring and behavioral activation, I help clients improve their mental well-being, increase resilience, and achieve lasting change in their lives.
Narrative therapy helps develop deep understanding of how personal stories shape identity and actions. I help clients explore their narratives, uncovering patterns and meanings that influence their experiences. By guiding clients to reframe their stories, I empower them to adopt new perspectives, fostering resilience and growth. This approach allows individuals and couples to challenge limiting beliefs, create alternative narratives, and build more fulfilling, empowered lives and relationships.
With Gottman Method, we focus on enhancing communication, managing conflict, and building trust within relationships. I help couples strengthen their emotional connection by applying tools like the Four Horsemen antidotes and the Sound Relationship House theory. Through structured interventions, I guide couples to improve their interactions, deepen intimacy, and create a strong, lasting partnership based on mutual respect and understanding.

Psychodynamic interventions allow us to understand underlying unconscious factors and past experiences contributing to anxiety, fostering insight and emotional processing for lasting change.
