I work with a variety of issues- trauma, attachment issues, sexual challenges, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, LGBTQ+, and more. I work with couples and have done training in Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples. I am currently doing trainings in ISTDP for Couples, ATSIP (sex therapy), and in the Developmental Model. With individuals, I draw primarily on Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP)- a powerful psychodynamic approach designed to create lasting change

Psychodynamic
I focus on one psychodynamic therapy in particular called Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). It is a highly effective therapy designed to work deeply and profoundly. Many clients comment on the insight and transformation provided by it. ISTDP is also supported by over 140 studies proving its efficacy across a wide variety of psychological diagnoses and issues.
