My Approach to Helping
I strive to provide a calm, safe and warm space for clients to show-up as their athentic self where they feel heard. I believe counseling is a collaboration between the client and counselor. My holistic approach combines Person-Centered Humanistic Therapy and Solution-Focused Components to foster growth and fulfillment. I firmly believe that unconditional positive regard and empathetic understanding are crucial in nurturing a person's desire for personal development. With a respectful, non-judgmental, multicultural perspective, I see supporting the client's goals as a partnership. Together, I aim to facilitate and develope a deeper understanding and self-knowledge and acceptance as well as your potiential for change and growth.
