My Ideal Client

As a relational therapist working with trauma, anxiety, and depression, I love working with clients who are ready to explore the connection between their mind and body. My ideal clients are individuals looking to build and maintain safe and secure relationships, build emotional knowledge of themselves, and live more balanced and meaningful lives.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is to hold space for you during sessions so you can heal and explore what you want for your life. We will work to reconnect your mind and body in a way that builds inner trust. I have experience working with individuals that are working through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, religious/spiritual trauma, body image and self-esteem issues, caregiver stress, individuals in recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating, and individuals that have experienced childhood trauma including physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse.
