My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, holistic, and focused on creating a supportive, trusting connection with you. Lets explore together to find tools and resources tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle, helping you reconnect with joy and experience a sense of peace.
I tailor my approach to your unique needs by drawing on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Compassion focused therapy, Emotionally focused therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Expressive Arts and Written Exposure Therapy. I use these modalities to increase coping tools and create space for inner discovery and healing.
