My Ideal Client

My practice is eclectic including adults of all ages; ethnicities/cultures/walks of life/genders and sexual orientations etc. What my clients have in common is that they have a desire to understand themselves more completely, to heal the traumas that have kept them from living more peaceful fulfilling and ebmodied lives, to develop more acceptance and appreciation of themselves and to become more resilient to the demands of our modern realities.

My Approach to Helping

You are the agent of the change in your healing process. I respect that process and meet you where you are. Together we work to understand and work through the patterns ; issues and structures in your psyche and circumstance that have kept you from living a more fulfilled and embodied life. My theoretical orientation is grounded in psychodynamic and depth psychologies and is trauma informed. I am trained in EMDR (attachment focused; standard protocol; intergenerational trauma; EMDR 2.0), trauma resilience /somatic experiencing ; ifs ; mindfulness based practices; psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and other somatic modalities. I am also a long time student in the Ridhwan School/Diamond Approach. I work w issues of addiction/chemical dependency; anxiety; depression; gender; sexuality/orientaiton; spirituality; stage of life
