My Ideal Client

I support individuals and couples with anxiety, life transitions, attachment wounds, relationship dynamics, and acculturation stress. I also work with clients who have used psychedelic-assisted therapies and are processing their experiences. My holistic approach integrates mindfulness and the mind-body-spirit connection to regulate the nervous system and shift patterns. I am dedicated to providing a safe, gender-affirming, inclusive environment for LGBTQIA2S+ and BILAPOC clients.

My Approach to Helping

I am an integrative counselor with a Jungian approach, specializing in trauma-informed care. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practitioner, I am also completing training in the Gottman Method and Brainspotting. My practice utilizes somatic therapies and breathwork to help clients regulate emotions, connect with their intuition, heal trauma, and shift patterns. Additionally, I advocate for and conduct research on ethical frameworks for psychedelic-assisted therapy within the Western mental health field. My goal is to provide compassionate, effective care that supports personal growth and emotional well-being for diverse clients.
